About Blushington Columbus Circle

Blushington Columbus Circle is our newest Flagship located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan at 315 West 57th Street (between 8th and 9th avenues). Blushington Columbus Circle’s menu of services includes blowouts, makeup applications and skincare services.

Our mission is to ensure every experience leaves our customers feeling beautiful, confident and comfortable in their own skin. What services are offered at Blushington?

Blushington offers professional, affordable and personalized beauty services including blowouts, makeup applications, makeup lessons, glycolic peels, hair and makeup wedding services, and more at its new Blushington Columbus Circle flagship in Manhattan.

What types of blowouts are offered at Blushington?

Blushington offers blowouts and dry hair styling for all hair textures. Whether you want a sleek and straight blowout to beachy waves to Hollywood curls, Blushington’s blowout experts will personalize your blowout to perfection.

What types of makeup services are offered at Blushington?

Blushington offers makeup services for guests of all ages. Choose from our signature full face makeup applications, to express makeup applications to red carpet ready makeup applications to eyes only and more. Our expert Makeup Artists will customize your look to your specifications and you’ll leave feeling like the very best version of yourself.

What types of skincare services are offered at Blushington?

Blushington offers exclusive and accessibly priced luxury skincare services. Our skincare services include BeautyRX peels and NuFACE treatments.

What brands do you sell?

We sell over 40 brands predominately founded by women. We sell makeup, hair care age skincare products from emerging brands to national treasures.

What haircare brands do you use?

We use Kérastase, Amika and Ibiza for our blowout and dry styling hair services.

Does Blushington specialize in blowouts for textured hair?

Yes absolutely. Blushington’s Pro Hair Artists are trained in the art of styling and blowouts for all textures of hair. We carry Kérastase’s Curl Manifesto line, created especially for textured hair.

What Shampoo, Conditioning and Hair Styling products do you use?

Our Blushington Pro Hair Artists use products from Kérastase, Amika and Ibiza.

What makeup brands do you use?

For makeup applications, our Blushington Pro Artists will mix and match from our favorite brands including Stila, Jouer, Nudestix, Bodyography, Danessa Myricks and more.

What's your in-store cancellation and no-show policy?

In store no show policy: 100% of your service(s) will be charged.

In store cancellation policy: Cancellations within 24 hours have a $25 fee.

In store group bookings: You will be charged in full at time of booking. If the appointments are canceled with less than 72 hours notice, client will be refunded 50% of the booking.

What's your in-store cancellation and no-show policy?

On Location No Show Policy: 100% of your service(s) will be charged.

On Location Cancellation Policy: You will be charged in full at time of booking. If the appointment(s) are canceled with less than 72 hours notice, client will be refunded 50% of the booking.  

Can you have a blowout and makeup application at the same time?

We do not offer Blowouts and Makeup simultaneously.  But we can do the services back to back, all under one roof!

What is your extension policy? 

Blushington does not install extensions, but we can offer Blowouts if you have extensions for an up-charge.

Is Champagne complimentary? 

Yes!  Enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne while you glam or shop.

Is gratuity included in the cost of the service? 

Gratuity is not included for in store services, but much appreciated.  20%  gratuity will be charged on all at home appointments at the time of booking.

Do you take walk-ins?


Should I have wet or dry hair for a dry style? 

For a Dry Styling appointment you should arrive with dry hair.  If your hair is damp you will be  charged the blowout pricing.

How Do I Prepare for a Virtual Makeup Service?

Make sure you have a stable internet connection, and great lighting.  Have your skincare and makeup bag handy.  We recommend logging in 5 minutes before your session starts.

How Do I Prepare for an At- Home Service?

What to expect: After a personalized consultation, your makeup artist will create your desired look with the latest luxe skincare and makeup products, whether you’re going for a natural look or all-out glamour.

How to prepare: We recommend washing and moisturizing your face before your appointment. Please have a place to sit with some room for your artist to lay out their professional makeup kit.

What type of false lashes do you use?

Blushington uses Ardell faux individual or strip lashes to enhance a subtle or statement look, and DUO lash adhesive.  Latex free variety available.

What is included in a makeup application?

After a personalized consultation, your makeup artist will create your desired look with the latest luxe skincare and makeup products, whether you’re going for simply natural or all-out glamor. Included in the service is:

  • Skincare

  • Primer, foundations, concealers

  • Highlighters, blushes, bronzers

  • Eye shadows, liners, mascara

  • Lip color

What kind of Makeup will my Makeup Artist use? 

Each makeup artist’s kit is curated to include an array of Skincare and Makeup products in order to create a variety of natural beauty looks. The artists carry an assortment of female founded, luxury brands that are considered industry standards.  All products are sanitized per Blushington’s standards.

Do you have portfolios or Instagrams for me to look at so I can choose my team?

We are happy to choose the team for you based on preferences and photo inspiration, however, we do not have portfolios or Instagrams to offer at this time.

Can I split the payments for my wedding appointments on multiple cards?

No, we are not able to split payment across multiple cards or accounts. Blushington will charge one card on file for all services, including charges for tax and tip, once the services are completed. 

Does Blushington Offer Services for Photo Shoots?

Yes. Please email info@blushington.com for more information and help coordinate your photoshoot! Blushington is experienced coordinating large groups, photoshoots and corporate events and we can work with you to meet your photoshoot's needs.

Do you offer Outdoor Services?

Yes! For an outdoor service, you will need to provide a table for the Artists’ tools and supplies, chairs, and easy access to water and electrical outlets. Also please keep lighting levels in mind. 

What if I have an issue with my service?

Blushington always tries our best to provide a seamless experience. Blushington  values your feedback. If you have an issue with your service please email the Client Experience team at info@blushington.com.

Do you offer services for children?

Yes we do.  Please refer to our services menu.

Can Artists use my makeup and tools?

Yes! While Beauty Professionals will always come prepared with tools and products, if there are specific items you prefer they use, just ask. They will take the same sanitizing precautions with your tools as they do with their own.

Why are Blush on the Go appointments subject to availability?

Similar to other businesses, our post-quarantine hours are limited to ensure the safety of our Beauty Professionals and clients. Services are now offered from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and we will revise hours as guided by overall conditions.

Do you require a waiver for in home services?



Bridal Services

What if I do not like my artist/team from my wedding trial?

If you are not satisfied with the artist/team from your trial, our Blushington is happy to help schedule a new trial. The purpose of a trial is to work with your curated team to bring your wedding day vision to life. Please email info@blushington.com

Please note, Blushington bridal trials are non-refundable.

Can I speak to my team prior to the wedding day?

We always recommend a Bridal trial.  We do not provide direct contact information for our team members, but are happy to relay details, preferences, and special  requests.

Do you provide a contract for Bridal Services?

Blushington provides a basic contract for bridal services.

Should I book bridal services, or can I book standard services on my wedding day?

Blushington wedding services are provided by our certified bridal specialists. Bridal specialists are knowledgeable about the latest bridal looks and trends.

Our bridal team not only guarantees that you are your most confident self on your wedding day but also that they will do everything they can to keep your wedding day calm, easy and worry-free.

Trials are 90 minutes and we make every effort to have the same team for your wedding day that you have for your trial. Our bridal services include an in-depth consultation, lashes, Our bridal appointments are also 90 minutes compared to the standard 45. Booking a trial/wedding day appointment ensures that you are booked with a member of our bridal team. 


Shipping, Deliver, Returns

What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?

We will make it right.  Email us at info@blushington.com.

Can I modify or cancel my shipping order? 

You can email us at info@blushignton.com if your order has not shipped, we can cancel the order.  If the order has shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

Blushington does not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, expired, or if we inadvertently sent you home with the wrong shade. 

What is your shipping cost?  

Standard shipping (3-5 business days) is $8. 
Expedited shipping (2 business days) $25

Does Blushington ship internationally? 

At this time Blushington only ships within the United States.

What Forms of payment do you accept in store?

Blushington accepts all major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal.

Are you cashless?

Blushington does not accept cash at this time.

Covid-19 Policy 

To keep everyone healthy and safe we now require the following:

  1. Personal Protection Equipment (PPE): Both clients and beauty professionals are required to wear a protective face covering during the service (when applicable). Artists will arrive with their own PPE, including a mask or face covering, multiple pairs of gloves and a disposable apron. If the client does not have a mask, we will ask them to cancel and reschedule their appointment.

  1. Additional Certification:  Our Beauty Professionals are now required to be certified in Barbicide and Barbicide COVID-19 protocols. Sanitation and safety has always been a top priority, but this new requirement provides confidence in knowing that our Artists follow the latest and highest standards of sanitation and disinfection, as well as other protective measures for social distancing. Launched in 1947 in New York, Barbicide has represented the industry standard for safe services in salons and barbershops for more than half a century.  

  1. New protocols for Artists  before, during and after the appointment: We have a new set of protocols pros must follow to ensure a seamlessly safe experience. Specifically: 

  • Before the appointment: 

  1.  We ask that artists closely follow CDC guidelines for mask and glove use on their way to and from all appointments. This means even while wearing gloves, minimize touching handrails and door handles.

  2.  Artists will arrive in a mask and gloves. We ask that pros remove their gloves and sanitize or wash their hands before they begin setting up. 

  3. Artists will collect and take their trash with them. 

During the appointment: 

Clients should have a designated area and/or a towel laid out for pros to put their kit.

Artists  will wear a mask and gloves during the service. 

All products and tools will be wiped down and sanitized on the spot before use on a client using proper sanitation techniques

Cooperation and responsibility: We ask that our pros and clients alike take care of themselves and others. We encourage you to monitor your health daily. Take your temperature. If you are sick or feeling any symptoms, please cancel your appointment. We are all in this together.
